terminals, printers, monitors, scanners and other devices.
Repairs are performed within five days and include basic
clean-up, engineering change upgrades, pre-work estimates
for catastrophic failures, testing and repair tracking.
Refurbishment & Upgrades - Full refurbishment
and upgrade services are available for whole devices and
sub-assemblies. Custom configuration, setup, software loading
and site-specific services are available. Express Depot Maintenance Plans - One call or Email to our
toll-free Help Desk provides next day delivery of main assemblies,
peripherals or parts for customer installation.
On-Site Maintenance Plans - We develop
on-site maintenance plans to fit your needs. From 7-day
/ 24-hour, with 4 hour response and field spares, to any
combination of on-site/depot, we deliver service. Web-based
service call tracking is also available.
